My husband and I are planning on TTC towards the end of the summer. I was feeling a little lost on the whole process, so I figured this was a great place to start. The nutrition stuff was the most interesting to me (who knew nutrition was so tied to your fertility), but I really wanted to learn the basics of my cycle and what it meant for getting pregnant.

The amount of information that I got out of this is incredible. I could have researched some of this on my own...but here’s the thing: you don’t know what you don’t know. There were so many times where I said “wow, I would have never even thought about that, but it is so important!”. I would have never thought to research those things, because I didn’t even know they were something to think about.

Week 1: Foundations of your cycle

  • You’ll walk away with a better understanding of your cycle, what to track for your cycle, how to track, and the most effective tools to use.

Week 2: Four phases of your cycle

  • You’ll learn the 4 phases of your cycle and how they impact your energy and mood. You’ll learn how to identify your fertile window to be able to time sex appropriately for TTC.

Week 3: Nutrition to support your cycle (part 1)

  • We cover each food group and the role they play in your cycle. You’ll learn how to build a better plate to optimize fertility and learn why blood sugar control is vital for TTC.

Week 4: Group coaching call (#1 of 3)

  • Group calls are for deeper discussions, answering individual questions, and troubleshooting.

Week 9: Lifestyle habits to support you cycle (part 2)

  • You’ll learn about endocrine disrupters (what they are and how to limit them) and the real role alcohol and caffeine play while TTC

Week 10: Common issues with cycles

  • We’ll discuss common interruptions with ovulation (PCOS, thyroid issues), cycles that are too short or too long, too light or too heavy and how to resolve them.

Week 11: Labs and next steps

  • We’ll discuss how to know if you need to dive deeper and what labs to ask for.

Week 12: Final group coaching call (#3 of 3)

  • In this last group call, we’ll summarize everything and answer any individual questions.

  • You’ll learn about key nutrients and the role they play in your cycle and fertility. We also discuss foods to eat that will help you build a healthy baby.

Week 6: Supplements

  • You’ll learn what to look for in a high quality prenatal supplement and we’ll discuss other popular ones and whether they help or harm.

Week 7: Lifestyle habits to support your cycle (part 1)

  • Not only will you learn the role stress and sleep play in regulating your cycle but how to improve sleep quality and techniques to actively manage your stress.

Hi! I’m Jessica - prenatal RD and mama of 2 boys

I’ve been helping clients improve their fertility and get pregnant in one-on-one settings or live group programs for years. My main mission (and passion!) in life is to help you go through TTC with no stress or anxiety; to become so knowledgeable about your cycle so you can get pregnant when you want to.

frequently asked questions

What is the weekly commitment?

Each week’s modules total around an hour (give or take) - some are longer, some are shorter depending on the information. Group calls will be limited to one hour to respect everyone’s time!

Will I have access to Jessica?

Yes! There will be a private Facebook group where Jessica can answer questions and there are 3 group calls (weeks 4, 8, and 12).

Why is the program 12 weeks long?

There’s a lot to go over and a new topic of videos are distributed each week. It’s also the amount of time it takes for an egg to be recruited and matured to eventually be ovulated! So the changes you make now will benefit the egg you release 3 months from now.

I’m not currently trying, is it too early to join?

It’s never too early to start prepping your body for pregnancy. You can implement many of the things we talk about in the course to your daily life now and set yourself up for success when you do decide to start trying.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

You’ll have lifetime access to course content and private Facebook group. You’ll continue to have access to the membership area as I update materials and you can continue connecting with other members and sharing about your journey. I’ll pop in every now and then to offer support as well!
