Ingredients
- 2 whole sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. coarse salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400Β°F. Using a mandolin or very sharp knife, slice potato as thin as possible and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a sheet pan in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes (flipping once halfway through).
